If you should find anything wrong with a product, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will do everything in our power to rectify the problem. This excludes items that are shrunk due to improper washing, clearance items and items from the Oops Bin (found only at shows).
Special Order purchases are final. Please be sure when ordering that you are purchasing items in the right size and that wording is correct. If you are sending us an item that you have purchased elsewhere (i.e. denim jacket, leather chaps, etc.) you are agreeing that Celtique Creations is not responsible for machinery malfunctions and subsequent damage of items.
We are very happy to put your artwork on an item. Pricing on custom work varies due to what we are embroidering on, how many stitches are in the design and how long it takes to finish the item. Currently the artwork set up fee is a onetime $45.
Currently we ship our items via USPS. Depending on the item it will either go out Priority Mail or First Class mail. We also include tracking information or certified mail in order to ensure your item gets to you.
We ship items Monday – Friday.
Celtique Creations welcomes international purchases. If you would like to purchase an item and are outside the US, please contact us and we’d be happy to give a shipping estimate.
International customers will be responsible for any taxes, tariffs or VAT that their country may charge. Items will also not be marked as gifts.
